About me

I consider myself to be a fun, enthusiastic, caring and loyal swimming teacher and anyone who knows me will tell you how passionate I am about everything to do with swimming!

I started swimming when I was just 4 years old and quickly learned that I loved to be in the water!  I swam for my local club ‘Satellites of Macclesfield’ from the age of 8 and soon started competing in gala’s.  I was the Northern Counties backstroke champion at the age of 10, was picked to swim for Cheshire when I was 12 and again at 13 & 14.  I also competed at National level many times.

I have been teaching swimming since I was 16 (so unfortunately for a good few years now), from swimmers with a fear of the water (both adults and children) to competitive swimmers & triathletes looking to improve their technique/starts/turns.  Whatever your goal I can easily adapt my lessons to fit your needs to help you achieve what you want from swimming.
